As part of our service, we assist you throughout the claims process. It is important that we are aware of claims and circumstances as soon as possible so that we can ensure you are meeting the insurers’ requirements, giving you the best chance of a favourable settlement.
Make a Claim
The first thing you must do is contact us as soon as practical after the incident. You can contact your broker 24/7 or our head office Mon-Fri between 9 am and 5 pm.
Your broker will assist you with the forms and any other required documents.
Complete the compulsory and relevant sections and return it by:
